When I photograph, it is with a dual purpose.  First, it is to satisfy my own desire to capture an image that I want to remember long after I have left the place. Secondly, it is to tell a story to you, the audience of my images.

I am at the crossroads of life, embarking on a second career in photojournalism; my first was as a successful executive director of consumer insights and media analysis for all of Conde Nast, the publishers of world known media brands that include Vogue, Glamour, Conde Nast Traveler, Vanity Fair, Architectural Digest and many more –

I am currently based in the Philippines, a country rich with opportunities for colorful fine art imagery and great story telling. I am working on personal projects that will be the foundation for the photo book that I am creating.

“I make it my goal to do at least one thing related to photography every day. If I don’t, it’s like I forgot to wake up.”

    • Thank you for the comments. I haven’t been to Cebu yet. It depends if you’re talking about Cebu the province versus Cebu the city. I’ve heard the city is like New York. I am making a loose plan to go there sometime next year; loose because when one is in a semi-retired state, plans aren’t necessary – do you see me wearing a watch? 🙂

  1. I always feel so excited and happy to see someone follow their inner calling. When I look at your images I certainly feel that you have found yours. They tell stories, your images, and so many of them speak straight to my heart.
